🚗 Dangerous Driver

Would you like to ascertain if someone’s driving habits are a cause for concern? Our Dangerous Driver check is tailor-made to assess individuals for perilous driving records, ensuring you’re well-informed about their on-road behavior. 🚧🚗

Source of Data

All our insights for this check are meticulously derived from the Ministerio de Transporte y Comunicaciones of Peru, ensuring official and reliable dangerous driving assessments.

Required Data

  • Document ID: The unique identifier for the individual
  • Document ID Type: Specify whether it’s a National ID (DNI), Foreigner Card (Carne de Extranjería), etc.

Result Interpretation

✅ All Clear (PASSED)

If the outcome is PASSED, the result will display the person’s name, ID type, ID number, and the status of their license (like “VIGENTE” which means “Active”). This means the person has a clean driving slate and has not been identified as a ‘dangerous driver’ in the official records.

⚠️ Caution Ahead (FAILED)

If the outcome appears as FAILED, it means the person has records of dangerous driving registered in their name.

Configuration Settings

This report features a setting called not_found_action that allows you to decide what should be the outcome of the report (PASSED, FAILED, or INCOMPLETE) when the official source indicates that no license was found in their database for the document ID provided.

How to Use

  1. Log In: Navigate to your Emptor Dashboard
  2. Select Peru: Ensure you’re accessing data for Peru
  3. Advanced Settings: Shift to ‘advanced mode’
  4. Report Selection: From the available reports, select ‘dangerous driver’
  5. Input Data: Provide the required document ID and document ID type
  6. Submit: Click ‘Add profile and view details’ to get the results
