The report can be configured to fit your workflow with the following settings:

This setting allows the user to set an age before which any records are ignored.

Allows the user to configure our system to ignore records in which a certain authority is listed in the field โ€œautoridadโ€. This means that any record found in which the authority listed matches a name added to the Autoridad Whitelist setting will be ignored by our system and wonโ€™t be considered to reach a FAILED outcome.

Allows the user to configure our system to ignore records in which a certain Court is listed in the field โ€œcourt_idโ€. This means that any record found in which the court listed matches a name added to the Court Whitelist setting will be ignored by our system and wonโ€™t be considered to reach a FAILED outcome.

By enabling this setting, the report outcome will always be INFO and any records found wonโ€™t count to reach a FAILED outcome.

In the following example, the info only setting was enabled, so, even though the Federal Records report found a criminal record for the candidate, the overall outcome of the report was PASSED and the outcome of the report was INFO.

This setting allows the user to specify an age limit for records to be considered relevant by the report. Records older than the age set by the user are ignored by the system.

This setting determines the minimum required score for the full name provided in order to return a PASSED outcome. Default value is 1 (100%).

Example: if name_score_min=0.98, it means the full_name provided needs to have at least 98% similarity with the full_name associated with the document_id.

This setting allows the user to choose which types of records the report should search for: amparo, civil administrativa and penal. It is possible to select all of the options.

When this setting is enabled, the report will be submitted to a thorough manual review performed by our team of legal experts. If disabled, the outcome of the report will rely only on our automated system.

A โ€˜PASSEDโ€™ label indicates that the candidate has no records in the CJF database.
