The State Records report searches for criminal records by CPF in all of the Brazil state courts (Tribunais de Justiça). This report ensures the user has a complete view of state-level legal records, with insights into ongoing and closed cases.

⚙️ Report Settings:

Customize your report to meet your precise needs using the following settings:

• Age of Majority: Ignore records opened when the candidate was at or below the specified age.
• Check type: Specifies the type of document(s) used to perform the search.
• Court Blacklist: List of court-related terms that, when found, mark the record as relevant. This list prevails over court_whitelist.
• Court Whitelist: List of court-related keywords used to exclude certain records. If a record’s court contains any of these keywords, it will not be included in the results.
• Info Only: When enabled, the report will always be marked as INFO, meaning its result will not affect the person’s folder status. However, all report details will remain visible through the report details view.
• Roles Whitelist: Roles within a process that will not be considered when matching names.
• Manual Review: Determines if the folder should go to manual review when there are non-dismissed records found.
• Ignore records older than: Ignore records that are older than the specified number of years.
• Name Score Min: Sets the minimum score required for a name match to be considered as a PASSED outcome. The score ranges from 0.00 to 1.00, where higher values mean stricter matching.
• Process Type Blacklist: List of type of process -related terms that, when found, mark the record as relevant. This list prevails over process_type_whitelist.
• Process Type Whitelist: Records with these process types will result in a PASSED outcome.
• Subject Type Blacklist: List of type of subject-related terms that, when found, mark the record as relevant. This list prevails over subject_type_whitelist.
• Subject Type Whitelist: List of subject-related keywords used to exclude certain records. If a record’s court contains any of these keywords, it will not be included in the results.
• Uncategorized Status: Default status applied to records when no other report settings apply.
