Align the report outcome with your criteria by adjusting these settings:

  • Age of Majority: Ignore records opened when the candidate was at or below the specified age.
  • Ignore records older than: Ignore records that are older than the specified number of years.
  • Search type: Defines the candidate’s personal data to be used in the search.
    • Options: forenames+surname, document_id, full_name.
  • Sources: Defines the sources to use for the search. Default: all of them.

  • On Hold: If we can’t match all the provided details with settings or encounter technical hitches, expect an ‘INCOMPLETE’ status.
  • 🚦 Attention Needed: If any criminal records surface, the report will flag ‘FAILED’ and proceed for human verification.
  • 🟢 All Clear: No records? That’s a ‘PASSED’ for your peace of mind!
  • 🔄 Rechecking: Sit tight if you encounter a ‘PENDING’. This means we’re re-running due to internal glitches or source unavailability.
